AOHI was phenominal and took the extra time to thoroughly inspect every outlet and window. John was already walking the roof before we arrived and was able to give us some good news on that aspect right from that get go!! The inspection of the grounds surrounding the home, the exterior and interior was done in a very professional and organized manner. As a first time Home Buyer we were very comfortable with how John explained his duties and what we were looking at. We were able to close and purchase the home knowing we had a better understanding of the home systems and that we did not have any worries about high radon levels.
